Celebrate the Chinese New Year at Heriot-Watt University

Professor Ian Baxter, Director of the Scottish Confucius Institute for Business & Communication extends an invitation to all to attend the annual Heriot-Watt University celebration concert for Chinese New Year, on Monday 26th February from 6pm - 8.30pm.

Organised by the Scottish Confucius Institute for Business & Communication, this is a key event in our University calendar to celebrate the strong links and bonds of friendship between Scotland and China. It features one of the many international characteristics that have enabled us to be named International University of the Year 2018.

Following critical acclaim and a sell-out performance last year, we have invited the talented musicians 'Rainbow Melody' from our Tianjin University of Finance & Economics back to Edinburgh again to play Chinese folk music to welcome in the Year of the Dog in Oriam.
